In recent years, Zuez arkitekter ab has built up a high level of competence in the use of 3D/BIM in its detail planning and design work. In brief, this means that we can supply our 3D models with data and information additional to their purely geometric three-dimensionality that can be used for calculations and energy balance assessments, in administrative contexts, and for other such purposes.

- The work can be prepared and its sub-stages reviewed in the 3D model with builders and component manufacturers, which gives everyone a deeper understanding of the project context.
- The number of constructional errors are minimised and departures from schedule eliminated.
All this requires a committed client and a highly competent site manager who sees the model as a tool. We have carried out one such project using all the above components. Two new projects are underway.
