Twenty-six new apartments are added to four-unit residential home for the elderly.
A new wooden, one-storey building is placed north of the existing structure, to which it is connected by a glazed walkway. Eighteen new apartments, divided into two units, are arranged around their own common cooking, dining and living room. The property comprises six units containing a total of 50 apartments. New Gross Floor Area of 2,170 m².
A new fully appointed kitchen has also been added to the existing building.
A BIM-based method was used for the detail design, which was therefore executed exclusively as a 3D model with embedded additional data and information.
