Kv Björken

A well-preserved building from 1884 containing 28 listed apartments, the kitchens and bathrooms of which are due for renovation. There is also the possibility of building loft apartments on the upper storey, for which we have drafted a proposal. The project is scheduled to be carried out in 2010, with completion in 2011.
