Kv Gamen 16

A new production of two apartment blocks, the lamellar form of which is in keeping with the prevailing architectonic landscape of the area. The development comprises a total of 71 leasehold apartments. Extremely complicated structures are needed for building nine-storey apartment units on top of the Söderleden trunk road tunnel, which places stringent restrictions on their design.
On the ground floor of the street-facing unit on Vartoftagatan is a small shop that has been given an idiosyncratic façade. The rest of the block contains two, three, four and five-room apartments.

The courtyard-facing unit comprises an assortment of two, three and four-room apartments above a row of two-storey urban terraced houses, with their own front gardens and back patios facing the southwest.
